If your interested in these classes and you are not a member you can purchase a class or a training session as non-member. Please phone or send an email for more information. Currently we staff on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5 - 7 PM, or Saturday 9 - 11:00 AM.
Our goal is to better serve our community by offering a best in class level of service in a friendly and sociable environment. We look forward to seeing you soon.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
( in alphabetical order) CORE XPRESS – A 30 minute Moderate to Vigorous exercise program to help strengthen and stabilize your core muscles. Core exercises train the muscles in your abdomen, lower back, hips and pelvis. The ability to get up and down off the floor is required. Bring a mat! All fitness levels welcome. Session is free to members. LINE DANCING - A 60 minute low impact and low to moderate intensity workout for all fitness levels. Dances are done to pop and country songs. No experience necessary. Additional session fee. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING - A 45 minute session with a personal trainer in a circuit format with emphasis of have fun in a group setting. Sessions are for both guys and gals. Build Muscle, Increase Endurance, Improve Balance, and Burn Calories. Group target size 3-6 individuals. Additional session fee. SENIOR SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING - A 30 minute session in a circuit format geared to the senior population or to those just starting an exercise program. Program includes functional movements to help with everyday activities. Additional session fee. T.B.C. – (Total Body Circuit) - A 45 minute workout session in a circuit format using various equipment in a moderate to vigorous program conducted by a Personal Trainer. Build lean muscle, improve core stability, develop mobility and flexibility. Make your workout work for you! Additional session fee. |
